Every laptop sold by AARNOVA TECHNOLOGY is covered by a 3-month hardware warranty from the date of purchase. Batteries, chargers and accessories carry a 3-month warranty.
What is covered
- Motherboard, RAM, SSD, screen, keyboard and trackpad defects under normal use.
- Manufacturing faults discovered after delivery.
- Free software re-installation within warranty period.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, liquid spills, cracked screens, or impact damage.
- Damage from unauthorised repairs or tampered seals.
- Power surges, lightning damage and viral infections from user activity.
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents) on refurbished units.
