Delivery options
- Nairobi CBD & environs: free same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 3 PM.
- Greater Nairobi: next-day delivery via Bolt / Uber courier from KSh 300.
- Upcountry: 1 – 3 working days via G4S, Modern Coast, Easy Coach or a courier of your choice. Cost is quoted before payment.
Order confirmation
Once payment is received, we send a confirmation message with your delivery tracking details. All laptops are tested and sealed before dispatch.
Delivery times
Working days are Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Inspection on delivery
You are welcome to inspect the laptop before paying the courier or signing for delivery. Report any concerns to us immediately so we can resolve them.
