Products and pricing
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product specifications and images are accurate, but we cannot guarantee they are free from error. Stock is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Orders
An order is confirmed only after payment is received and stock is verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability, and to provide a full refund.
Payment
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and cash. Goods remain the property of AARNOVA TECHNOLOGY until payment clears in full.
Warranty & returns
Use of this site and our products is also subject to our Warranty Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy linked in the footer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, AARNOVA TECHNOLOGY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our products beyond the value of the product purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Nairobi.
